Main Colors: Blue & Gray
Body: Very fit, long lean.
Head: Partially covered by hi-tech blue visors
Hair: Short, wispy, and electric blue
Eyes: Unknown
Headphones: Attached to visors
Outfit: Very streamlined, unknown hi-tech material
Boots: Unknown material
Weapons: For short range combat: Chainsaw blade with an attached chain blade for medium ranged attacks. She also has a heel blade when the fighting goes hand to hand.

There's just no way that such a contraption would work with the design applied to it. Right off the top, the shape of the 'blade' does not accommodate the streamlined mechanism required for an effective chainsaw. On top of that, with the width of the 'chain' on that blade, that guard wouldn't keep the chain from cutting into the wielders own hand. That's not even getting into the lack of a mechanism to rotate the chain on the blade.
